Any estimated turnaround time shown in a product listing or communicated for a custom order begins after all required details, sizes, artwork and approvals have been received.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when available. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Your Business, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before arriving. Pickup instructions will be included in that notification.

GROUP ORDERS & FUNDRAISERS

Group, team, school and fundraiser orders may follow a specific pickup, delivery or distribution schedule. Any special fulfillment details will be included in the product listing or communicated by the group organizer.
